One of my favorite place to eat.

Cheesecake Factory is always a winner... but I'm not exactly a fan of this particular location. It's just always ridiculously packed, and the service suffers from it. But the food is always great.

Huge portions, great selection, and pretty much any dessert you want. Their is always a wait in the evening but it is worth it. Good service for the most part. Just a little too busy and loud if you're looking to talk over dinner.

Always something that sounds good, the menu is huge, maybe a little too big even, but you get the hang of it eventually. Their prices are good and the portions are HUGE, I have never had less than two or three meals from each dish! Don't expect to get out of there without ordering your entire days worth of calories, but it is worth it! I am a big fan of the Louisiana Pasta, and their ranch dressing is the best around. I sometimes even buy a jar of it to bring home..it is that good! I always get ranch to eat with their delicious bread...the pumpernickel is amazing! Sangria is really yummy too. I don't like cheesecake, I know, I am a freak...but their chocolate cake is really good.

Server was slow. All meals came out at different times with 2 meals coming 40 minutes after the first two came. Food was average at best. I don't know if we had a new server, but it wasn't busy and we were there for 2 hours. Fix it management!

We don't normally get to dine at The Cheesecake Factory because the wait up north is always too long. I also know whatever you order you will have a mountain of food. We ordered the Chicken with biscuits, the Chinese Chicken Salad, and the chopped factory salad. We each had a mountain of food which we all did our best on. It was all very tasty. For dessert we had the apple pie crisp and the carrot cake. Thank God we had salads! The pieces were huge and of course very tasty. We took home the leftovers. The service was very good and the bread beforehand was delicious. The place was loud. Even worse was sitting near the service station and hearing the loud banging of the plates going into the buckets. It was time almost to call the manager over. Overall, a very good dining experience.

Love love love their cheesecake!!! Tier menu is a little daunting, because its so huge, but their portions are huge.. I usually always have good service here too..

Love it here! My siblings & I took my dad here for the first time for his birthday & he loved it! They brought a cake over. He loved the food & the staff.

The Cheesecake Factory never fails. No matter which city I'm in... the quality of food and service at TCF is the same. Of course, my local Cheesecake Factory is my favorite. I try to stop in once and while for their Happy Hour. Vietnamese Tacos & Lettuce Wraps are Yummy! Did I mention Happy Hour???? This means the drinks are $5 each. Most days, Happy hour is over by the time I get home from work. That doesn't stop me from joining in for Cheesecake factory dinner. Teriyaki Chicken is my favorite dish at this place. This dish comes with rice, grilled pineapple and bananas. You can't come to this place without ordering a slice of Cheesecake. Let me tell you... the slice is huge and there is plenty to share. There's so many flavors I can't pick a favorite. Fresh banana, strawberry, Godiva chocolate, upside-down pineapple, chocolate mousse, and original are just some of the flavors I always order. I can't believe the some people have never heard of Cheesecake factory. My friends would fall in love after I bring them here for the first time.

What a great place to go and catch up with an old co-worker of mine. It was quick to get seated and I must say that the orange chicken with rice I had was alright. It was kinda dry, but I didn't send anything about it. I think it was because I was talking more than I was eating and it tend to make my dinner a little less flavorful. The white chocolate caramel macadamia nut cheese was perfect. Of course, it came with a bunch of whipped cream. This cheesecake has everything that I love, love, LOVE. It's always best to come here during the week since it can get slammed on the weekends. It's located in Cityplace, so you can go shopping, bar hopping, or get your dance on if you feel like it before or after your experience here.

We have always wondered why we have never made it to The Cheesecake Factory. So a few weeks ago my daughter was due to be at the Kravitz for an awards ceremony, and it was her choice for dinner beforehand, so we found ourselves seated at what I can only describe as Chucky E Cheese(cake), minus the games! (Wait, we still had our server! ) And, the volume level was at 11! Next was the bench/ cafeteria table we were herded to that certainly warranted paying $100.00 for three people to dine......NOT! The service? Well, the low-lights were forgetting our drink orders, bringing out two entrees, and forgetting the third still had to be delivered, and her inability to retrieve a bottle of ketchup. The food? My wife's Burrito Grande was inedible, seasoned with something "unusual". My daughters pasta was way undercooked, I guess raw would be appropriate. My meatloaf sandwich was just plain embarrassing, both dry and tasteless, on burnt texas toast! There is a LOT of good food downtown.......But it isn't here!

We have been going to Cheese Cake for years. The food is usually good With decent size portions. My favorite is either any of the salads or chicken dish's washed down with their passion fruit ice tea. The service is usually very good unless it gets over crowded. This men's going early and skipping Friday nights. This year they added a "Skinnydelicious" menu. This compromises of low calorie choices. I also like the dark pumpernickel bread which is served hot. The ambiance is exceptional and thy spend lot's of money in providing a visual presentation. I notice some feel this is expensive, but I on't hare that view. You get what you pay for and their popularity speaks for itself.

My bartender Jill was great on my last visit Tuesday night. I had the Vietnamese Spring/Shrimp Rolls...tasty but not done correctly, It's quite obvious these were made ahead and kept chilled (as they were way colder than they should be) and the casings were soggy and nearly falling off. I'm used to the real spring rolls made by the Vietnamese in LA & San Francisco therefore I don't think I will be having these at CF again but I will go to CF again.

Perhaps I'm just not the biggest fan of mega-restaurants... because that is the only reason I'd give cheesecake 3 stars. On Friday's & Saturdays they don't take reservations (I understand because frankly they don't need to, they always have a line & an extensive wait) so theres that. Now the only other negative is their drinks for I don't believe I've ever felt a buzz from a cocktail here. Other than that.... It's all good. Great for groups, old, young, children and indecisive people because the menu is literally pages long, there is something for everyone, prices are fair, and mostly all the food tastes good. I wouldn't recommend this place for a date though- it gets loud on weekends.

  • Neil Z.

Ive eaten here so many times I had just about everything on the menu. Everything but the steaks are awesome. The busyness of the restaurant is the only downside. Portions are huge and the prices reflect the size so it's a good deal. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Always enjoy this upscale chain. Bad impending weather kept most people in, the night I went, so there was no crowd and no waiting, unusual for a Cheesecake factory, but I wan't complaining. Enjoyed the spicy bang bang shrimp/chicken combo. Nice light curry, coconut milk flavor with a dusting of toasted coconut which just made the dish. Had enough for a second meal ( another thing I like about this restaurant ) Their bread mixture is always tasty and I behaved and did not try a desert, althought I swear I could hear the calories calling me as I passed by the counter on the way out...It all looked good.

Been to many locations & this one beats both Boca & sawgrass. Loud, yes, but outside seating a plus (during winter & spring months only) FL summers too hot. Food better seasoned than other location. Sawgrass over-salts their foods, Boca is hit or miss. If you want peaceful conversation---Not the place. Lettuce wraps very satisfying & easy on the waist with enough to bring home for next day.

Way over crowded, too many items on the menu to be considered fresh. Wait staff overwhelmed... We walked out before ordering.

This rating is for the bar area only. Jill is an outstanding bartender! She remembers us every time we stop by, and has our drinks ready for us upon sitting down. It's pretty amazing how she can remember what drinks we order. The service in the bar area is good too. We love their frozen lemonade, sangria and appletinis. Their happy hour is great, too.

BLUF: The Cheesecake Factory has solid food choices when you can't make up your mind what sort of cuisine to have that night. But this location is 100% packed every friday and saturday, and that does indeed cause the service to suffer.

    (3)
  • Steven T.

Too crowded and busy with terrible service. Pay attention to your bill. seating is too close for comfort. Dishes and forks were dirty. Too many loud and rude people in one spot. Turn the lights up in the place as well.

  • Jan T.

Just left here. Dined with 6 other people and everyone's meal was Luke warm at best. Food was nothing special and overpriced I think. They do have tons of things to choose from so there's something for everyone. I didn't have dessert so no rating on that. The waitress was pleasant and apologetic for the cold food. I wouldn't recommend here. I will say I've been to the sawgrass location a few times before and it's with strong conviction I can say if I am responsible for picking the place to dine cheesecake factory will not be an option.

I like to come here when I can't make up my mind about what to eat. Their menu is very extensive. It's a book! Good for a casual dining experience, good to sit outside when the weather is good. They have a dish from just about every cuisine around the Globe. From Thai to Indian to Greek..or you can just order a burger and fries and it will still be good and fresh. I normally order the Ahi Tuna Salad w Avocado. Or a chopped salad w Chicken. I recommend going after the busy lunch hour..Probably around 3ish is good if you don't want to wait. MUST ORDER THEIR SANGRIA! Any time of the day is good to have it. Must have atleast 2..One before your meal, one with it..They're that good! Most people overlook it, but its there and its deliciously refreshingly fruity and yummy!

Portions are ridiculous. Don't they know there are children starving in Africa? Seriously, the amount of food they throw away here makes me sad. I will give them props on their coffee...always get it *to go* and it is delic!

The first time, we came here tired and hot from the beach. The waitress was really timid... as if we could make her cry if we wanted to... but she was nice and attentive. The lunch portions are awesome. We got a cobb salad to share (they're really good with sharing portions, even plate it for you), I got a pasta carbonara (could not resist the second I saw it on the menu), and he got the combo chicken madeira and steak diane. Every thing was very flavorful and very very very very heavy. Good thing we got the salad. It was so good that on our last night at palm beach we decided to get takeout from here and kick back at the hotel with the wonderful food. The Shrimp Scampi pasta was PERFECT, except for the vast amount of butter coating it. The sauce was just the right amount of lemony sour, the whole garlic cloves sweet, the diced tomatoes bright. The shrimp didn't taste fresh, but were huge and deep fried. The Jamaican black pepper shrimp was packed full of spices, but nothing special. The 30th anniversary chocolate cake cheesecake had to be eaten the next day because we couldn't fit it in during dinner. It'll probably shorten your lifespan by 1 day or 2. We skipped the cheesecake part but inhaled the chocolate cake and the chocolate shavings on the side of the cake, along with the fresh whipped cream. I believe this restaurant anchors City Place.

Last night we experienced The Cheese Cake Factory for the first time and were so pleased with the service that we received from Kristin J. The food was divine and the sweet mint green tea was so yummy. Kristin J was very attentive to our needs and even went so far as helping us with a deli ma. We wanted to get some cheese cake to take home with us but were going to the movies and knew the cheese cake would not hold. We asked Kristin J what we could do to be able to enjoy the cheese cake after our movie at home. Kristin J left to see what we could do and came back with the solution- they will hold the cheese cakes in the bakery for us to pick up after the movie. I can honestly tell you my mother and I were speechless at the customer service we were being offered. This was the best experience that we have ever had at a restaurant and will be repeat customers. Kristin J was phenomenal as a service and someone we hope we can get the next time we come!

Had the Sangria and tasted the Long Island Ice Tea. Both were pretty good. I just don't like when restaurants force you to the bar to cash in on the drink specials. Anyways, ordered appetizers...the Samosas, Crab Wontons, and the Calamari. Liked it all except the Calamari, it was a good batter but the pieces are big and hard to deal with. Liked the Wonton sauce but some may find it a lil heavy with the vinegar. Overall, cannot beat the Chocolate Coconut Cheesecake...although, I usually get the White Chocolate Truffle which is amazing.

It's a chain what can I say? It's good food, but nothing other than chain food.... Michael always gets the Asian Chicken salad,,,I always get a cup of soup and the chopped salad,,,It's good portions and there is outside seating which is cool for people watching.... get the passion fruit tea though... really good... and of course....Pumpkin Cheesecake with whipped creme around the holidays.

I personally prefer the Cheesecake Factory in Boca Raton better. However, this location is much closer to my place and right in City Place Downtown West Palm Beach. Like any Cheesecake I've been to it is almost alway packed! Indoor, bar, and outdoor seating. Staff is friendly. Menu is the same variety of all Cheesecakes. (May I add they give to too much variety! ugh) Valet right across the street, street parking, or garages available.

Yes, I'm in Florida and I'm eating at C.F. people! Remember the friend who was the reason for us bypassing any line at the S.F. location? Well now she's in FL and since we love this place so much, we had to relive our olden days by eating here once again. Yummy food as always...and nice location. It's located in an outdoor shopping center, complete with movie theaters. Super clean, clean, and white! Love their sandwiches, their caesar salads, their guacamole, the tex mex egg rolls, and I'm not big on cheesecake but the make a good dulce de leche one. Yum! P.S. Forgo the cheesecake and order the lemon cake. It seriously is RIDIC-ulously good!

I'm always greeted with such friendly staff at each location I've visited. I took advantage of the cool night to dine outside; seems like everyone else had the same idea. That night I wanted to try something different, Salmon Genovese with basil almond couscous was speaking to me. The salmon was made perfectly however, I never had such an oily couscous. Luckily the center had less sauce. It was a lovely evening in the end as I sipped on my pineapple and cherry garnished Mai Tai. (I believe there was some tequila added in the mix?)

I've been to this location plenty of times & up until this point I had no complaints. A few nights ago my wife & I went in for take out. As I stood there looking at cheesecakes, deciding if I was going to get a slice or not my wife says, "wow! There's mosquitos on that cheesecake". Completely disgusting. We told the guy behind the counter & he took it out. He walks over to the manager, goes back to the cake & takes the slices off that had the mosquitos on it then PUTS IT BACK ON DISPLAY. I couldnt believe that they would handle a situation like that infront of customers. Niether the manager or guy behing the bar apologized or even showed any concern. It was almost if this wasnt the first time. It really made me never want to eat out again let alone there. I will be writing a letter to the corporate & to the manager that oversees this location.

A really expansive menu. Be sure to ask for recommendations to get be best/freshest food. We visited during spring break late in evening. Not crowded but OMG is service slow. Friendly but soo slow. Food was quite good and reasonable in the end.

This is the best Cheesecake Factory I've been to in South Florida. My group and I were seated quickly, server was prompt/attentive, and the food was great (even on a busy Saturday night). Parking was a breeze; right across the street in the garage next to Macy's. I was able to get it validated after 2 hours.

Prices are very reasonable...but just make sure you get there before the hotel vans drop off. It gets CRAZY! My girlfriends and I love going here and bs'ing the night away.

Can't go wrong with a Cheesecake Factory - no matter where you are. We were pleasantly surprised for such short wait (5 min) on Saturday evening. Our server was just fantastic! As far as food - as good as it it at any one of those restaurants.

  • Jessica S.

A friend and I were visiting from out of town and stopped in for a Monday lunch. The trip was exactly what you expect from a Cheesecake Factory. Our waitress was prompt and polite. The menu is huge, so you have plenty to choose from. I suppose my only complaint is that we asked to sit outside and we were sat about 9 inches from another couple and it was a bit awkward..

We had a party of 14 today to celebrate my son's graduation from high school. At the suggestion of one of employees a few days before our celebration, I came in almost 2 hours before the time we wanted to eat so we could get a table set up for us. When everyone showed up we were shown to our table with no wait. Yay! Food was good, not great or bad. Our server ( I wish I could remember her name) was fantastic! Drink refills were quickly made, dishes removed when necessary, and anything else we needed was promptly brought to us. The weather was unusually nice for May so we sat outside, which all of us enjoyed. I actually think it is quieter outside than inside the restaurant even with the street traffic. All in all it was a very pleasant late afternoon/early evening meal.

  • Andy T.

I love their food it's always fresh and consistent. However I almost always have to wait 15-30 minutes to be seated even though when I look they always have lots of free tables. They seem to be quite bad at managing there wait staff in/off time.

  • Shine W.

The location is pretty good right in the heart of Palm Beach downtown. So you can catch a show, go to a bar, or do a little shopping with ease. The service was good our waiter was attentive and courteous. The food was decent and had large portions. The milkshakes were probably the best part, however, the mixed drinks were kind of weak. I was so full afterwards I forgot to leave room for dessert aka their Cheesecake.

  • Adam R.

I've read the story of how the cheesecake factory came to be, great story, but seems like this cheesecake factory is not like the others. The staff is slow, slower than I've ever been to at any of the other cheesecake factory establishments, and they are not friendly. I ordered two appetizers and a slice of cheesecake for a small lunch with my girl, and they say 20 minutes. I went there, and they said, yes.. 20 minutes, after it had been 20 minutes. The staff was lallygagging and when I said to check on the entrees, they didn't check. Than, once I saw the bill for two appetizers and one slice of cheesecake, I realized, this cheesecake factory decided, based on the area, to charge 1.4 times the average cost- I smell corruption is all I have to say.

  • Rachel M.

Service was fairly quick for a party of two on a Saturday night in City Place. The drinks weren't great, especially at $9.00 a glass. Ordered some appetizers and was underwhelmed by it. The calamari and chicken quesadillas were just not cutting it.

Arrived later side on a Monday night. Seemed like they made cuts a bit too early. Server was pleasant but weeded. Fries with burger came when we were done eating. We received everything we ordered and food was fine, but pacing was off. Server brought check without offering us cheesecake, even though we wanted cheesecake to take home. Not the best but it's Cheesecake Factory, we know what to expect.

I am always amazed by the bizarre and extensive menu at The Cheesecake Factory. Regardless, we ended up at this location at about 11:30pm Saturday night and it was a pleasant surprise that the full menu was available until 12:30am. The server was a bit of a let down. Not personable, we only saw him to take the order, after the food came via someone else and for the bill at the end, which was a shame because I was wanting to order a glass of wine which never happened. I ordered the Spicy Cashew Chicken. Firstly in my opinion it wasn't spicy, it had a zesty kick but only because of major overkill of onions and garlic. I think it should have been renamed "Onion Chicken", because the cashew was certainly not the star of the show, more like a element for crunchy texture. There was several times I bit into a full garlic clove which wasn't very pleasant. But overall the chicken made the dish edible and almost enjoyable. We skipped the cheesecake because it was late, in retrospect that probably would have been the highlight of the night. Overall experience was a-ok.

Came here for lunch on a Friday afternoon Service was slow, they forgot to put in my order, put mayo on my friends burger when she asked for no mayo and they were slow on drinks I might give it another try- but not sure. Plenty of other restaurants to try

Just visited The Cheesecake Factory again. So good as always. Great food and staff. Really knows how to execute. I've been there during the day, at night, and prime weekend times. Excellent job each time. Our server April was superb both times she's waited on us. One thing about these people that review these places is they have no idea how hard it is to run a place like this. Cheesecake factory executes wonderfully. Most people on here have no clue and being as I am in the industry myself I can say what a great job this place does. Half the people reviewing are just bitter about their own lives. Im know bad experiences happen and people may not like every restaurant they visit but unless they are actually mistreating you or poisoning you stop complaining so much. If you go out looking for issues your going to find them and its probably your fault. Good job Cheesecake Factory!

We almost always sit at the bar ( when we are child-free) ALWAYS order the raspberry martinis. THEY ARE SO GOOD! They remind me of a jelly doughnut. Bartenders are always friendly and attentive. The avocado eggrolls are always great. We had the ahi carpaccio on our last visit. It was delicious! Highly recommended. Bang-bang Chicken And Shrimp, very good. we've also had Evelyns Favorite Pasta and Miso Salmon on other occasions, also good. Huge sharing portions. Always good here for us.

Typical cheesecake location. Food is just as good as any other location and the service is great. My drink never goes dry here because the staff is on top of it. The only problem is the wait time to get a seat. Since I live so close I only go on Mondays or Tuesdays unless I am going for lunch.

I would recommend that if you want takeout go to another place. I've had the Farro salad at other locations and love it so I especially ordered it for a specific diet I'm following. Once I got back to my convention and opened the bag, I almost cried. Took a picture and returned to the restaurant to show the manager. I explained I was on a special diet of one meal a day and how disappointed I was. He first asked what I wanted so I asked him what he would do to fix the situation. He offered me a slice of cheesecake! Did you not listen? Then he offered me another salad. Ummmmm, the one meal had passed. When I asked for my money back he said "we don't do that at CF." So I asked for a voucher. "We don't do that either. I can only offer you food" Bye bye CF. Wish I could add a picture of the 2 tablespoons of Farro

I must say "I Love Cheesecake Factory" the food, drinks, and staff was all amazing. If you looking for more food for your bucks this place is sure to satisfy your hunger. Also the location is great!!!!!! My name is Beverly and I approve this message.

I love the Cheesecake Factory, but tonight me and my family tried to come in with 8 people. And instead of accommodating a bigger table over a 2 person table they told us that either our party gets there in 5 minutes and it'll be 20 minutes. So we did that and they told us it would be 2 hours and 30 minutes. They do not know how to keep the bigger paying tables , and I am very disappointed in them.

We had dinner there last night around 7:30 PM. Sitting inside, I was surprised to be swarmed by fruit flies and other insects - not one or two, but a swarm. The food was C+ at best; service terrible. We used to love this place. Not coming back. The bugs were enough

I met my friends here for a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon. It was pretty full but they still had no wait. That was quite a surprise. The waiter was very prompt and polite. He refilled our drinks a lot. Our food was really yummy, as expected. Overall a great experience. If you've never dined at a Cheesecake Factory, they have a very extensive menu from salads, to sandwiches, to Asian and Mexican. Everything is really rich and the portions are huge. The prices are on the high side but the food is generally yummy. They have a skinny menu but the meals are in the 500 calorie range. This is not a place to watch your calories. Then there is the cheesecake. My favorites are the dulce de leche and red velvet. The cheesecake is big enough to share.

Four of us went for lunch on vacation. It was just an average experience, probably wouldn't go back. $100 lunch would be better spent somewhere else.

Love the location and the ambiance but a little disappointed in the food. Had the Sweet Corn Tamales in Orlando and they were thick, hearty and delicious. Had them at City Place and they were thin, falling apart and cold!!! They had a ton of sour cream stacked on them - could have been to hide how thin they were. Very sad - was looking forward to a great meal. I guess I'll have to go to Orlando. Better watch your quality - you're getting quite a bit of competition around you. Almost forgot - SUPER LOUD! Avoid if you are looking for a quiet evening or if you wear a hearing aid !!

It's Cheesecake Factory, portions are huge and although it's my 100th time here, it's always a mission to pick out something on the menu, I always share an entree bc the portions are just too much for one, easy as that, don't eat it all and don't complain ! Sheesh! Oh and order cheesecake too :)

We were 2, it was full but we had to wait less than 10 minutes. Very nice server and the meal was great. We got the dinner outside where I think was the best place because the interior was pretty loud. Menu is pretty big and you'll find everything you want.

Our experience started very good . Our waitress was nice & attentive . And then she brings the check with a circle around what we should tip. Poor service etiquette. Then explains that this has been a policy for six months . The highest suggested dollar amount for gratuity $2.53 the amount we were going to leave $5 because she did give good service for simple dessert & coffee. What she failed mention our state stopped adding 18% gratuity to parties 6 or more. So management told them it was fine to circle receipts for parties 6 or more. Since it was just my husband. & I she should not have done this. So since I am incapable of tipping a based on great service, I guess $2.53 is what she earned. FYI restaurant servers have been doing this to African American & Latin customers for a years assuming that we don't know how to tip.... It's insulting . I have worked in the food industry, and have been going to restaurants since I was a kid and have always known how to tip for good service even prior to receipt telling me how much to tip. So please make sure your social etiquette is on point it makes the difference in a great night & a poor night . Thank you to the manager for speaking w/us. It didn't restore our happiness, but at least he took consideration that the system is flawed. Now they just need to teach their servers how to own their mistakes. Had the waitress just simply apologize and not given excuse behind it I would've stuck to what I was going to give her. But giving a snippy response and then running to her colleagues to complain that killed it. She got the max that was suggested on the receipt nothing more

Huge almost overwhelming menu and very loud. They do have enough options though to suit the taste of even the most picky family members which is a big plus for me. Can't say this would be my first, second, or even third choice of restaurant however I have always eaten my dishes received. It's not memorable dishes but I do remember I enjoy each time. The drinks are a bit mix flavored but again when out with a big family this place works. I'm sure if someone loved cheesecake they would be able to up the star count but I'm not a fan of cheesecake so I'm sure that makes me a little biased. Also with the location of this place it can at times take way to long to be seated.

I wish I can give 10stars.my favorite restaurant. Nice portions and quality food. And u need to try the cheesecake godiva if u love chocolate or the oreo. Actually all of them are perfect, combined with cappuccino coffee. Relaxing place nice decor . reasonable prices, good service.

This is not one of the better cheesecake factory's around. And I am not a fan of the 45 page menu. Service is ok. The gardens cheesecake has better food. Try brio across the street instead.

Was at the Doctors. left and saw the Cheesecake Factory! Thought gotta have a good Cheesecake. Ordered at the bar and got the plain option with a little whipped cream. WHAT !!!! The worst Cheese Cake. Tasted more like CREAM Pie. Very little flavor and not at all thick? For God's sakes....live up to your name.

Food is tasty! Dessert is good! But everything on their menu is heavy on the calories! "Even their light menu leaves you full"

Food is average at best... I could never understand the hype of this place... The food always sucks to me.... Pros: Good service, waitress was really nice.., Cons: food is bland..try something else, come here as a last resort!

Overall most of the food at the Cheese Cake Factory's I have visited have normally been pretty good - that is, no Yelp smack downs. This was only my second time to this location, I came in with a group of 10 people and we were all seated in the outside dining area. I ordered something new for the first time.....the chicken tacos, I know "not a taco place" what was I thinking, but since my other visits to other Cheesecake Factory's throughout the county have always been good, what did I have to lose. Anyways, the taco plate made it to me with the rest of my parties food. Unfortunately the chicken in my tacos was basically cold. I sent it back. By the time everyone at the table were finished at the table, my tacos were still missing in action in the kitchen....the manager finally offered me a free salad while I waited. Finally my tacos arrived....it really wasn't worth the wait. Also, the outside seating area was really noisy due to the traffic,,,,

I can quickly summarize this place: - Food is ok - nothing great, most everything good/acceptable - Cheesecake is above average with lots of creative variations (red velvet cheesecake?) - Significantly overpriced, especially for beverages, soups, and appetizers - Advertising on menus (really, like for local dating websites - very chintzy - at these prices you think they can afford to print menus without ad support) - We had two servers, both couldn't care less about our experience or our food, trained to ask how's the meal and have a nice day but don't really care about your answer Food is about 3 stars but all in all the experience is 2 stars. For the price, I'd rather have three meals elsewhere. Come here if you want dessert - share a piece of cake with your lovie . Have dinner somewhere else.

Stopped by for lunch a week ago. The place was packed and it was really loud. Our waiter forgot our orders and came back a few times. While the portions are large, the food wasn't appetizing. So many better places in the area to eat.

Food's great, the restraunt itself is a little loud. I recommend trying the pineapple upsidedown cheesecake. It's absolutely fantastic!

We love eating here on occasion. For us we have never had a bad meal. Our only problem with this visit was the large party's our server was taking care of. A party of two, like us, gets lost in the mix against a party of fourteen. The cheese cake is awesome as usual. We will return in the future.

While visiting W. Palm my cousin and her husband took us out for dinner... really nothing new here pretty much the same as the one back home in Detroit. This time we had the Macaroni and cheese balls, they were absolutely excellent !!! We shared a piece of chocolate cheesecake after devouring the Bang bang chicken and Shrimp.

I will say I usually always have a great experience at this location and other locations. This last visit was extremely upsetting. Our fries for one of the meals had a hair in it. No big deal, it happens. We send it back and get another order back. What do you know? Another hair! How did I get two hairs back to back? We all stopped eating as we lost our appetite - waited for a manager to come over. That took a long time. The manager denied our request to comp our meals. Just the one meal where the hair was found. She did however give us free dessert. I guess dessert substituted our meals.

Sat by the bar (again lol). Tropical smoothie was ok. G the lunch fettucini alfredo pasta. Took about 5-10mins max to get our food. But our server was nice to check on us and gave updates regarding our food. Portion was a good size. She said the regular one was double the size of the lunch size. Its actually big enough to make me full! For dessert, we tried their Mango Key Lime Cheesecake. Loved it better than the original key lime pie that I've tried from the grocery. 1000x times better. Its sweet, my mom said. But i think its a little sour and a little sweet. I have very weird tastebuds. But i do suggest to have water next to you to wash it all out afterwards. 5 stars for good service & good food. Very well impressed

Tried this place for the first time with a co worker of mine and fell in love. I got the Pasta Da Vinci and couldn't be any more satisfied than I was. The service was great and I enjoyed every bite of my meal. Recommended!

Sometimes service can be a bit slow if the restaurant is full but still decent. Food is your solid Cheesecake factory standard. Great place for lunch or your favorite dessert.

OK OK OK I will have to change my view of TCF after this trip to the West Palm Beach one, oh so different from the one in Boca. We were very pleasantly greeted at the door and even though it was busy our waitress was very friendly and helpful. The food was good and we had a party of 5 and we all enjoyed our meals which were tasty and the helpings were very generous. The desserts were amazing as usual. Now the one point I would like to make is what is more important than anything is GOOD SERVICE and for the life of me I cannot understand why such a difference between the Boca one and the WPB one! As a matter of fact I have stopped going to the Boca one and lucky for us the Grand Luxe Cafe is in the same area (thier upscale Restaurant) so we always go there! Management needs to take note!!

Left my wallet on the table. Was treated like garbage when I called to ask if anyone had turned it in.. Was told to call back in 15 minutes, two times, and then the manager kept asking me if I was sure I left it there and that he would check the garbage. I insisted on getting the names of the employees and he avoided doing so at all costsWhat from the table goes in the garbage? They use linens! I'll be following up with the owner, to let him know he owes me $255 for what his employees stole from me.

It's about my 4 time n one of these places and always found them to be just OK. I would have given it a 3.5 star but 4 is to much even if the food was OK. For some reason always over crowded and over priced. Thx we were late last night and no waiting time. I ordered the mahi-mahi fish and asked them to make it blacked to the point black and very spicy. Well I didn't get either but the fish was still not bad. Would I go back here, not really but always end up there only with a group cause they want to go. The case for all 4 times going there!!
